A scholarship from the Park Ridge Cultural Arts Council allowed Danielle Rink to register for a ballet intensive camp at Hubbard Street Dance Company this summer.
Rink, a 12-year-old student at Lincoln Middle School in Park Ridge, chose the camp with this prestigious company in order to improve her ballet skills and learn more about ballet choreography, said her mother Julie Rink.
“She has future goals to one day perform with a dance company like Hubbard Street. After that, she wants to earn an MBA and then open her own dance studio, where she can share her love of dance and choreography with children like herself.”
