Over the past two years, the District 64 Art Department staff has worked with the Kalo Foundation to learn specifically about famous artists in Park Ridge History. Staff are finding ways to incorporate information about those artists as inspiration for some student projects. They have also developed slide presentations for 14 chosen artists and have developed a series of educational posters related to the artists that can be used for curricular purposes in the art classroom. These posters have been printed and a set provided to each school in District 64! The posters are also on display at the District 64 Administrative Office and at the Kalo Foundation. These posters are part of the Collaboration Grant between District 64 and the Kalo Foundation.
